Registration inclusive of: Academy materials and activities, meals during the Academy, scheduled airport pick-up from LAX or ONT to Loma Linda on October 14 ONLY, scheduled airport drop-off from Loma Linda to LAX or ONT on October 20 ONLY. The invitation letter is automatically emailed at the completion of the registration process. LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX): 90-120 minutes drive from Loma Linda

Search online for rental car options at Los Angeles International Airport LAX and make sure that the rental car company accepts international drivers. All rental car companies are off-site of the airport. Obtain instructions from the car rental company for how to get to their location from LAX. In general, you will need to exit the terminal on the lower Arrivals level and look for sign for the area to meet Rental Car shuttles. Wait there until the appropriate shuttle stops by. - Bus/Train/Ride Share
Exit terminal on the lower Arrivals level and look for sign for the FlyAway Bus stop. Take FlyAway bus (make sure bus’s sign indicates Union Station) to Union Station. Transfer to Metrolink train to the "San Bernardino Depot" station. Take Uber/Lyft to your hotel. Information: FlyAway Bus (https://www.flylax.com/flyaway-bus?web=1&wdLOR=c95F83C86-C0B3-46DA-ADA6-31FCC87F3D05), Metrolink Train (https://metrolinktrains.com). Purchase tickets ahead of time on the Metrolink app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/metrolink/id1083843914 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.justride.metrolink&pli=1), selecting From "LAX via FlyAway" and To "San Bernardino Depot." Before getting on the bus, make sure to “activate” the ticket. Make sure your phone is fully charged, as you will need to show the ticket several times during your journey. This method takes 3 ½ - 5 hours, depending on the train schedule, and is the most economical.
ONTARIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ONT): 30-60 minute drive from Loma Linda

Use a mobile app on arrival to request a ride. Then outside the Arrivals area, follow the "Ride-Share Pick-up Location" signs to the pick-up location (to the right/East end of the terminal's inner curb). - Rental Car

Obtain instructions from the car rental company for how to get to their location from ONT. In general, most rental car companies are located at the Rental Car Terminal. Exit terminal and look for sign on the outer curb for Rental Cars. Take shuttle to the “Rental Car Terminal.”
