Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH), affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, was established in 1994 through the generous donation of Sir Run Run Shaw, a well-known Hong Kong businessman and philanthropist, as well as matching funds from the Zhejiang government. Over the last 25 years of comprehensive scientific development, SRRSH has been developed into a tertiary, research-oriented general hospital with two campuses (Qingchun Campus and Xiasha Campus), 2,520 beds, and 299,284 square meters.Both campuses of SRRSH passed Joint Commission International accreditation, becoming the first complex in China to pass JCI accreditation. SRRSH was also awarded the honor of “Best Employer among Chinese Healthcare Organizations” from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, SRRSH has been recognized as a Magnet Hospital, the first one in China. Holding the philosophy of “Giving You Sincerity, Confidence and Love!” and values of “Honesty, Respect, Commitment, Unity and Excellence," we dedicate ourselves to bring optimal holistic healthcare to the humanity.
